The agreement between you and Livid.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Livid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.

These terms apply to all users of the app, including free and paid users.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install Livid on devices you own or control
• Use Livid for personal, non-commercial purposes (Free tier)
• Use Livid for personal or commercial purposes (Pro and Creator tiers)

Note: This license does not include the right to modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the software.

When you import custom wallpapers or publish content to our community:

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us a license to host and display your content within the app
• You represent that you have the right to use and share the content
• You agree not to upload content that infringes on others' rights

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Livid to display illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent any licensing or copy protection
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share your license key or account credentials with others
• Use Livid in any way that could damage or overburden our services
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software

6. Payment and Refunds

Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We do not store payment information.

Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro and Creator licenses. Contact support to request a refund.

Upgrades: You may upgrade from Free to Pro or Creator at any time. The full upgrade price applies.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property

Livid, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

Your Content

You retain all rights to wallpapers and content you create or import. We claim no ownership over your original content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• You must stop using the software
• Your license key will be deactivated
• You will not be entitled to a refund

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the software.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Livid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The software will be compatible with all systems
• All wallpapers will display correctly on all hardware

We are not responsible for any damage to your system from using our software.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Livid.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Livid after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
